Conditions of Residence, presence, entering, dwelling, working or visiting at/on the Jane Goodall Institute South Africa Chimpanzee Sanctuary

I/We hereby agree that it is a condition of my/our occupation/presence on the premises as mentioned above that these premises and/or each and any of its respective subsidiary and associated companies, their respective members, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, agents, workmen or representatives (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as the "company") shall not be responsible for any accident or bodily injury to any person or loss of or damaged to property brought by me/us upon the company's premises regardless whether such injury, loss or damage results from the negligence of the company and or other cause whatsoever.

I/We undertake to procure that every person accompanying me/us will accept the aforesaid condition/presence and will agree to be bound by them.

I/We indemnify (where more than one person, jointly and severally) the company against and claim by any person accompanying me, including especially my minor or disabled person in connection with his/her occupation of/presence on the premises, including specifically without being limited thereto, any claims arising from injury, loss or damage, as aforementioned and from any cause whatsoever.

I/We acknowledge that I/we are aware of the special risks involved in the viewing of, approaching of, being in the presence of the wild animals on the properties of aforementioned company, and specifically accept the risks arising from working with, and/or being in the presence of the primates held in captivity, or when primates are in enclosures, or when any primates are outside enclosures.
